no. 519 – Calculi Calculus

Kidneystone The kidney stone?

It has passed.

In actuality it was approximately the size of a gnat.

Without a head.

And cut in half, length-wise.

The tylenol with codeine? All mine, baby. Score!

  1. I’m glad that’s over! I’ve never had one, but I’m sure Mr. DD was miserable.

  2. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. I don’t think there are words available to describe how painful that must have been!

  3. Score!

I still have leftover Vicodin from my kidney stone and my oral surgeries. I hoard it like a junkie.

  4. Ouch!

  5. Love the picture to go along with the dimensions you describe. I know the holes and tubes inside us(don’t you love my scientific talk?) are small, but seriously? That much drama over something so small?

And I still have my vic.odin I got after having my baby and I’m not afraid to use it!

  6. Poor Mr. DD. I had a kidney stone while I was 8 months pregnant. They had to give me morphine. The pain was INSANE! And when it passed, it was the size of a small pebble. Evil, evil kidney stone!

  7. That’s why men don’t give birth. I have some hydrocodone. I can’t take it because it makes me feel like I’m dying, which is not cool. I’m always on the make for Vicodin though.

  8. I’m glad it’s over and there were leftovers of the good stuff for you!

  9. I hear that’s painful.. yuck

  10. Care to share? I’d split my drugs with you. Lemme know if you need a picture of my medicine cabinet before you commit either way.

  11. Good for Mr. DD, Yay for leftover painkillers! You never know when they might come in handy.
